Hello everyone!
My club, The United Chess Nations (UCN), https://www.chess.com/club/the-united-chess-nations, has reached today the amazing amount of 4,000 members!
Created less than 2 years ago, the club has always kept being active and offers his members the possibility to improve and get better and simply enjoy and have fun in playing chess!

The club is only on Internet, that means we don't play OTB chess, but we're still looking to create some exciting events for our members!

Objective is to create a great tournament in a special format with the support of some "famous" streamers to get it shared on twitch too.

We're always looking for new admins and chess fans who want to help us keeping the club active and for the organisation of new events.

If you have some advices, recommendation, ideas or anything else you would like to share, please tell it me on in private message grin.png

Thank you all, especially to Judit and coach Andrew for this amazing club affiliate project!

Have a great day!

@Kyu13

Kyu13, you are also a member of my online chess competition, www.4teamchess.com. This competition is unique in that all rapid chess matches are played at chess.com. They pass the outcomes of those matches to me of the members on our roster. Each day we run an automatic competition for 4-person teams where there are points awarded to the winners of that competition. Each team has a novice, 2 intermediate, and an advanced player on it. Chess.com is awarding 4 diamond memberships each month to the players on the top of the leaderboard each month. I invite all your members to participate. It is free to compete. The only qualification required is to play at least one rapid chess match on chess.com. every other day. Good luck, I hope to see them join! *note, we have reached 400 members on the roster to date.

Kyu13, I have 500 members now. I have had to discontinue my own event 4teamchess.com. I am looking for advice on what events to run and how to set them up. You have a great deal of experience, so I am hoping you can help me out there. What say you?

Hi YankeeBastid, I see, you are making progress but you wish some changement to reach more players? My advice is to find a partner for your events. You need someone you can trust, who will be able to manage with you, at your side, the tournaments. Alone, nothing is possible wink.png This partner will for sure bring great ideas and together you will improve the events wink.png

We are starting up the daily events TODAY!!! If any of your members want to play rapid matches set up by chess.com to join an International team consisting of a novice, 2 intermediate and and advanced players, they can join my club (it does not intefered with your activities, as all the matches run in the backgroung) Let me know If I can publish the name of my club, ok?
