The forum post editor should be consistent for the first and for the latter posts.

This is something I've been planning to suggest for a very long time, but nver got around to doing it, so finally here it is:

When a topic is started, the toolbar of the editor looks like this:

For all subsequent posts, the toolbar is vastly reduced:

Note that many useful capabilities are not present in the latter.

It seems to me that having the same editor for both activities would be much more user-friendly.

I would certainly prefer this, though one of the features in question is the HTML editor, which I could understand them not including for the latter posts.

Actually, I'd probably get rid of HTML editor altogether and not worry about possible exploits...

I've ticketed this for future ideas.
