I will talk about how to sacrifice 2 pawns, 1 knight and 1 bishop to trade the queen.

This opening begins:

The first move is one of a rare opening.

You can play:

1. Nf3 d5

This is more common.

Next, we play the Tarrasch Gambit:

After that, if black plays 2. ... dxe5, we play 3. Ng5.

Most avancade players will play: 3. ... Qd5, to threating the knight and also protect the e4 pawn.

But, some are play: 3. ... Nf6.

Then, we play 4. d3 .

If, 4. ... exd3, we play 5. Bxd3.

The d-file is open.

They improve their knight in the fifth move: 5. ... Nc6
Now, we will SACRIFICE the knight:
6. Nxf7
This sacrifice forks the rook and the queen.
So, the king captures the knight at f7.
Then, we play 7. Bg6+. The queen is unprocected.
The final move in this opening is: 8. Qxd8.
Game begins:

Ah, but Nc6 is actually quite useful a development, as 8...Nxd8 is possible here. But I do know the idea you refer to, and it is a stellar sight! On Lichess opening explorer, with every time control and rating parameter selected, nearly 600,000 souls have wandered astray with the folly 5...h6? where then your idea of Nxf7 entices away the Qd8's only defender.

Nice to see another gambit player! Tennison Gambit was an old favorite of mine, but the counterattack 3...e5 scared me away, returning the pawn, but for space an initiative after 4.Nxe4 f5, when material is even but black has a fun position. Yet, a fun gambit - can go to some extreme, perhaps losing measures but for a sharp, tricky-to-defend attack!

So, 5. ... c5 or 5. ... e5 is better for White.

5...c5 and you're certainly right! 5...e5 however looks interesting! By clearing e7, the king can dash back to the queen after 6.Nxf7 Kxf7 7.Bg6+ Ke7 0-1, and if instead 7.Bc4+ then 7...Ke8. 8.Qe2, and, I bet white is losing but will have a fun game for a good few moves longer with blacks king stuck in the center. White develops real fast as well, after the natural 8...Nc6 9.0-0, all whites pieces have very natural attacking posts to develop to - Bg5, Nc3-d5, Rad1 attack Qd8, Rfe1 pressure e5, maybe push f4 to open the kingside. Fun!! Again, after 5...e5 6.Nxf7, black is probably winning, although I'd much rather play as white in that position in a blitz or bullet. @LegendaryofPeace, you've given me another gambit line to try out in bullet games, much thanks!! 😊
