So, we all know that if you open analysis, right-click on a move and put the !? symbol, It actually puts the !? symbol in! So, make this a real thing. For proof, I have taken a picture, try it out!
inaccuracy is dubious,
and !? is interesting, not necessarily good or bad. It's not used in game review, though.
also where did the title come from?

there two symbols "?!" and "!?" before in chess were used to annotate the moves that the one that annotated them didnt know if it was a good or a bad move.
so there were two different symbols, ?! for "dubious move" while !? for "intresting move".

that's means 'dubious'
The purple !? is used by chess annotators (people who do the job of Game Review irl) to denote an interesting move; a move that is not bad, but follows unusual tactics and is unconventional. It is a much less common symbol, and some people just don't use it.
The reason chess.com Game Review doesn't mark moves as interesting is because there is no objective definition of it. The computer can work with best move, mistake, blunder, great move, excellent move, book move etc. because they are all clearly defined and self-explanatory. Interesting move on the other hand is subjective and is up to the annotator. It would be very difficult to "teach" Game Review this.
