The settings for the Chessable courses

Chess.com has brought Chessable courses to the chess.com website but the courses don't have the same settings as Chessable so you can't do much with the courses on chess.com. Please tell me that Chess.com intend to have the same course settings for the Chessable courses here on chess.com at some point in the future.

Can you give an example of what settings are different? I usually buy directly from Chessable and have had no issues. Regards, Tim

I downloaded a free course from Chess.com's Courses. I think I see what you're talking about. The Courses download vs Chessables download does look different. Configurability does seem more restrictive from Courses. I think I'd prefer downloading from Chessable all things being equal. (I may be missing something!) Tim

Hi 8bells and Always the underdog, yes always the under dog is right thos setting are not available on chess.com which makes the use of the courses on chess.com useless for me but also you can't pause chapters or pause informationals and many other things. I do have the chessable courses on Chessable but my point was that now I have synced them over to chess.com I would like to be able to use the same settings for my courses here on chess.com as I do at Chessable. If something happened to chessable in the future and I could only access my courses here I wouldn't be happy as the settings here are minimal and not how I use the courses at Chessable.

Chessable gone would be a pain. I've invested to much into it. When you sync and buy a course here can you use the chessable site?

@8bells, no, you can only buy and sync a course from chessable to chess.com. If you buy a course at chess.com you can only use it here at chess.com you can't sync it to Chessable. It only works one way.
