It's a copy/paste issue and due to the fact formatting does not get stripped. The person that did it likely did it on purpose.

I don't believe it's considered a bug. It's a side-effect of allowing rich formatting and not stripping it during copy/paste operations.

i could give you the full photo, this was weird... like it was copy pasted screenshots, but they were all like in almost the same place
