This is happened to me countless times! I am 95% certain that this is lag revealing itself at the end of the game.
As far as I know, our only options are to upgrade the device/Internet connection, switch platforms to Lichess, or become Hikaru...

Yes i have the same problem, you dont have a chance to win with 2 secs left even if you premove 20 moves
I have also experienced this too! I do believe that this is just ping, this is an online site.
No its not the ping, belive me it acts same on 5G and 3G its more of the proccesor/device f. e. chess.com as the whole website is much quicker on my pc than mobile bcs my pc is more powerful than my phone. Yes i tried them on the same network/wifi
Same happens to me, rarely but still. Most recent one was I premoved mate in one and managed to lose on time somehow on time.
If you're experiencing higher lag or disconnects, it can seem like your time is running fast.

Every time the ads updates, the clock freezes. I mean it is just an image. It should load fast in background.

How long it takes an ad to load is a function of the image size and your connection speed. The vast majority of ads are not site hosted and are not impacted by the site connection.

When i play bullet on chess.com f.e. a 1 Minute game and i am in a winning endgame, the time runs down faster than it should. If i have 10 seconds on the clock and premove a mate in 6 f.e. rook + queen i can just sit there and look how my time runs to zero. Premoves take 0.6-2 sec . For me. Sometimes it even takes 20 seconds till my clock stops running down after the move. I need help and i want to find a way to fix this. Should i just say BYE to bullet on chess.com and play on lichess?
Even in some Rapid games i almost lost on time because of this when i even Had 5 sec increment and moved after 1 sec.
