Actually, after looking at the game, your clock wasn't anywhere near that time when you ran out of time. After your last move you had 0:00.2 seconds.
For whatever reason, the clocks reverted back to the times after your first moves.

After game if you play an analyzing move, the clock resets, but doesnt run and shows only after move is done. It happened to me also...
it puts the time on the clock the last time you moved i don't know why...
