Excellent policy, clearly worded; Unavoidable Time Outs CAN happen; That said, if they DO- a member message about to SA/Admin SHOULD be sent as soon afterward as possible.
Timeout Policy

Couldn't agree more. Most matches give you three days or more (plus whatever time your opponent takes) between moves. You can also often use vacation time if necessary. So don't sign up for a match and then timeout, its not fair to the rest of the team.
Too busy to think on it? Just log on quick push a pawn or swap a piece or something and get back to it (up to) three days later. Just don't time out!
Here is the policy for "The Not Wanted's":
If you sign up for a TM (team match) you are expected to carry through with your best effort, and not timeout (lose by letting the clock run out on you). If the player has to let their game(s) timeout, and that player has a reason - then message me ASAP (as soon as possible).
If the Admins or I don't receive a reason, you will get a warning the first time it happens. The next timeout will result in a 30 day ban. If the player re-joins after that 30 day ban, then the player is considered to be on a "second chance" and the next timeout will get that player banned (one and done).
After the 30 day ban, the player can request to re-join the group, and will be let back in.
This policy is to assure our teamates that we are serious about playing our best game when we sign up to play a TM for the Not Wanted's.
