I need all of your guys' help. I own over 10 social clubs, and have literally only made 1. But my friends have left chess.com and want me to take care of their clubs. I do have the time, I just need to be more effective with how I manage it.

So this is mainly for experienced admins/owners, but anyone's thoughts on how to take care of them?

(BTW, the members range from 3 to 202).

Well I would just close and delete the ones who are least active.

Well, I would start with the rules. If there are no established rules in the club, then make it where it is best suited to your preferences, and also check on the members and what they think about the club. Feedback is very important to have, so you can have a way to know how members feel about the club

I am admin in a low 1k member club and former SA in many clubs what you should do is keep the nature of the club the same and add members which would like the club

there should be more activity and invite active members. Make matches, events, whatever that will raise your club activity.

Ask others in the group who'd like to become Admin. Otherwise, yeah, close up the group/club.

Definitely be careful with this, though. you might end up losing players to a bad admin.

I've been placed in charge of clubs/groups I could not handle; or the active-players had all exited. So, those empty shells are not worth any effort. Like using a hand tire-pump to inflate a monster-truck tire with a gash in it. Not worth it.

If you can't handle all, give some away to the members of your other clubs.
