team captains are sometimes low rated, so that wouldn't be such a good idea. Also this is a rapid league, not blitz or bullet.

I guess that makes sense. I'm really new to the league, and I'll have to know more and play here longer to have a more developed opinion on the topic, but as of the moment, I think it's unfair. My mind is open and my opinion may change, but I think that's probably the second best method of deciding (current method)
I think the tiebreak system for the top 16 standoffs are unfair. I haven't known of this until just a few hours ago. I think it should be played off via blitz games, bullet if necessary, between team captains
