Not sure how long the score panel has behaved this way. It is 1/2 way to being a fixed panel. Below is an animated GIF showing both behaviors. At 100% zoom and 90% zoom the panel scrolls out of sight. At 80% zoom is doesn't scroll. Very nice! 1/2 fixed ✓.
BUG: The Review tab's score panel scrolls out of sight at some zooms. It should never scroll out of site.

Game Review analysis has lost a very useful feature. This is a bit involved.
Summarizing the suggestion:
Change the Review tab's Score chart to be a separate panel, fixed at the top, unscrollable.
Former Scenario:
Formerly I would use the Analysis reports charts area in combination with the Report tab's Score chart. Specifically review the Best Move Diff chart by clicking on bar of interest while also being able to see the Score chart.
Hovering and Clicking** a Best Move Diff bar would
1. Display the eval pop showing the numerical diff
2. Adjust the board to that move
3. Highlight the move position with a yellow bar.
4. Position a move dot indicator on the Report tab's Score chart
This provided a way of seeing the impact on the move on the Score chart will presenting the board position and the Best Move Diff chart
Doing Next Move and Prev Move produce a similar behavior.
** Side issue Now clicking on the bar currently fails to synch with the Review tab, where Next Move and Prev Move do synch. See Bug [ ]: Analysis Review move list doesn't get synchronized with chart clicks
The lost capability is one can nol onger see the Score Chart and the Best Move Diff chart at the same time as the Score chart scrolls out of site as the Review Tab repositions.
Here an animated GIF showing the scrolling effect:

Proposed fix:
To restore the capability to see the Score Chart and the Chart area at the same time fix the chart panel at the top and just scroll the move panel:
So instead of this after a click:

retain the Score chart and scroll the moves area to something like this:

Summarizing the suggestion:
Change the Review tab's Score chart to be a separate panel, fixed at the top, unscrollable.
