That is so nonsence.
[UNOFFICIAL] New Year’s Nonsense 2025
DO NOT try to organize a new tournament that will take off the usual WoF's, PLEASE. Let Beehive and Barricade have their time to shine. Please do not be selfish.

Nope, @qilp probably made the old version, i just revised it
Usually, you would get a link to the workshop/testing thread. However, I think this variant deserves it’s own forum.
FD. Red shuffles the alfil e8-g10 and Green shuffles the j6 wazir k6-j6
This wasn’t made by me, it’s @qilp’s new years puzzle for 2023, but I changed it
We might have a New Years WoF next year, but this year it is too soon to just review this immediately and ideally a candidate should be completed well before the end of the year. Festive Fortune was also the first time we ever used a community WoF so it's a new precedent that we will experiment with for other holidays in 2025, but perhaps not now.

But this is the same...
This is a modified version of the variant 'New Years Nonsense 2023' by @qilp.
I've repurposed the original 2023 New Year's Nonsense chess variant for 2025. The only change is replacing the '3' from 2023 with a '5' for 2025. It was unfortunate that there wasn't a New Year's Nonsense tournament in 2024, so I'm hoping @ChessMasterGS will consider using this variant for next year. If chosen, could you make it another week-long tournament with membership prizes? Also, if used, please don’t credit me, credit the person who made the original version.
