He never said that. But the rules state that in this situation TG64S legitimately gets it here. No one had attacked it (at least no one has claimed to) and when I attacked with TG64S he said that they were leaving.

okay, that club is rather inactive and doesn't reply often. Send them a new challenge. Wait two days and then if it is not accepted as a null match then you will get the territory. Sound fair?
