I would say so. His time between moves is also fairy consistent.

Played him yesterday. All the top engine moves from Nf3 e3, then goes into the b3 Nc3 continuation, and played f4 next (f4 is played in a recent update to the lichess engine, which I think is a kinda dubious move compared to f3 but I haven't looked far into it). After that, he played terribly. I thought the game was super weird because I did end up winning. He thought hard about standard Nf3 e3 moves.
