Useful Piece Upgrades

So I made this topic to put down a few pieces that can possibly replace their counterparts in chess. You can suggest upgrades for other pieces in the comments, but tell me why it's a good upgrade.

Kangaroo

A lot of times, when I'm playing chess and looking where I can move my knight to, I notice there's a really good square for it, but that square is exactly two squares diagonally from the horse. For some reason, this happens a LOT. So, I think Knight+Alfil would be a really strong piece.

Missionary

It's just a bishop, but it can also move 1 square orthogonally. This allows the bishop to change the colour of the square it's on, meaning it can go anywhere on the board.

Bishop +King AKA Bishop+Wazir is interesting it should be called the "Missionary" like the name it has in Terachess.

I think pawn should upgrade so it can move like a rook and pawn which can help easily promote a pawn.

That wouldn't be a good upgrade since it makes the pawns too powerful.

Some names of fairy pieces that you might know:

Knight + Elephant = Kangaroo

Bishop + Wazir = Dragon Horse (there are other names, like Missionary or Crowned Bishop)

missionary is fine, but a camel will solve the kangaroo problem
