Well yeah that's why there's the premove : if it works (roughly 80% if times I played it), then they are... inexperienced, and if doesn't work well the game goes on ! (With other blunders sometimes though, like Nf3 or Qf3)
white is pretty much winning here with Nh3 f3 d4 setup
According to fairy stockfish that line is better for Black (not by much though), it would prefer to sack the knight instead of d4
