how do I make it shorter? should I remove pieces? add pieces? make the king more vulnerable? also, the average length is based on what I've noticed from the analysis thing (the futers are so freaking stupid, tho)

Add more unique gamerules (such as torpedo or something balabala) and shrink the game+remove pieces are suggested

how about you try to use less powerful pieces

in most games each piece plays a specific role do you need a chancellor archbishop and general what roles do those play
or the queen
why are there so many powerful pieces maybe you could give the wazir better defenses than two ferzes

Should I remove the Chancellor or the Archbishop? or both? Also, I'm gonna move the two Mannen (a Mann is a non-royal piece that moves like a king) to be closer to the king (royal wazir) What should I put in the place where the Mannen used to be?

This variant doesn't look very good to me; The nature of 1-check, chancellor making the back-rank must be defended (or you'll be mated); the variety and interests of the pieces don't seem any better than standard chess either. for similar variants (they're in fact not similar at all), such as Acheron and Saturn's Rings, they provide different fresh gameplay by serving better (and more unique) pieces synergy.

what if I add two non royal kings by the royal wazir?

not right next to it, but by critical squares?

To me, the variant seriously flawed in gameplay and concept. Minor modifications don't work and won't work. 
(I'd just swap this if i'm the creator)
