Vienna ruy Lopez or queens gambit

Ik that beginners really shouldn’t focus on openings so pls don’t answer that. I really can’t choose pls help. I’m fine with learning theory, and I’d prefer to follow the basic opening princables mostly because I honestly just don’t like weird positions. I’d like an opening with a lot of deep strategic thinking pls. I would like a good mix of tactics and positional concepts. Vs e4 as black I play the Caro and vs d4 I play d5. If you have any other ideas pls share them but pls don’t say just follow the princables.

When I play Italian After I complete my development I always feel like I’m in zugswang.

Ruy Lopez Exchange was what broke through the 1700 barrier for me with white. Sicilian Kan as black should take you up into the 2000s from any floor as it naturally covers all basic mating threats and forces white to risk overextending if he wants to push for any attack.

I will learn Sicilian when I get to higher elo at my level nobody plays any mainlines

Ponziani might get u to 1000 as people don't usually play good move

then play 1...b6 it does not have any theory you can play it for any opening
