that's ok - chesstempo is a good website, you can search it up - free puzzles
lichess also has free puzzles but they're not that great in my opinion

2. 22.Qf1 was too reactive - just because your opponent is attacking your piece doesn't mean you have to defend it - g3 would've been fine there
