Voice commentary - distinguish files

I am not a native English speaker, so please take this into account.

For me, it's tough to use the voice extension to distinguish between the a-, d- and e-file. For example, a3 and e3 or d3 and e3 are hard to distinguish.

In my understanding, this is on the one side per the language. On the other side, pronouncing the differences more clearly would help.

How do others experience this? Can you distinguish easily between the files? Is this is a common problem, or affects me only?

I have the same problem. Easily solved with the move displayed in capital letters on the dgt3000 clock display NC3. 

FWIW i find the voice much clearer here than that that other popular chess site that supports DGT boards. On that other chess site the 'a' file is very hard to understand
