VOTE CHESS GUIDELINES

These are basic guidelines for our vote chess policy. 

• All games are free to join and/or leave for all members.
• It is recommended to analyse at length first.
• Use the team comments option to post your personal ideas.
• wait for other members to contribute.
• When a majority consensus is agreed we vote.
• Members who are busy can feel free just to vote...no guilt.

This can benefit us as a team/group and as individuals.
