Vote Chess Headquarters

Hello everyone!

So, here is where you can post your thoughts, complaints, suggestions, comments, ideas, requests, anything at all that has to do with vote chess! I will also post upcoming vote chess here when we have one scheduled, like an SVC (speed vote chess, 10 minutes per move!) a special thematic, etc. Otherwise, check the Vote Chess page for all current vote chess games, and you are free to join any of them you want!

I think 6-12 hrs would be good. Otherwise we may not get a single vote if we do 1hr or less, lol would be fun to try it.

Yeah, that's what I'm worried about. And even if we do get a vote, it might be for a bad move. Maybe we should try 6 or 12 hours like you suggested, and see how we do. With a 12 hour game I should be able to be there once for every move, and for 6 hours once every other move.

Let's wait for some more input before I create a match.

Due to the huge failure of our second 6 hour vote chess, I think we should try a little slower next, such as 12 hours or 24 hours/move. What do you guys think?

i believe that i enjoy vote chess. ican at times give opinion given time. play a slower rate please.

We already have 3 2/day move games in progress; I think they were started before you joined the group.  You're welcome to join them, in fact, please join them! 

I think 6 hour chess or 12 hour chess would be fun. We should try it out.

Yeah, we already tried two 6 hour games: the first was a blast, the second, not so much. I think wer're going to either a) wait a little while and do another 6 hour or b) start a 12 hour or 24 hour one soon.

Thematic vote chess sounds good ! What would the move time be ? I have a full schedule.

At least 24 hours, probably 48 to allow more time to discuss in lesser-known positions. 48 hours is our standard time/move.
