Hello everyone! As the club grows, activity will rise and people will seek club events. We must stay organized and straight foward if we want to win. If you plan on participating in the club vote chess matches, please take the time to read the following rules.

Participation
I absolutely BEG that you play the entire match if you join one. Don’t join a match if you don’t play to be active in it. Plain and simple as that.
Communication
PLEASE DO NOT VOTE WITHOUT TALKING TO OTHERS. It kills me when people don’t communicate with others and vote accidental mistakes.
Don’t vote for a draw if the game isn’t drawn / it’s still the middle game.
Never vote for resignation! We will play until we have won or we are checkmated.
Listen to higher rated people. They probably know best. (I also have to do this!)
Don’t vote until a Super Admin or I have decided to make a vote call. EXCEPT when a certain move is obvious. (Eg. Checkmate / recapture)
Theory/OpeningStage
If we are white, we will either always play e4 or d4. If we are black and our opponent plays e4/d4, we will respond with e5 or d5.
The Italian Game / Ruy Lopez / London System are setups / openings we should try to go for.
We want to make vote chess to go as smoothly as possible, so try to follow these rules as best as you can. Thank you.
