Vote Chess Suggestions and Bug Report

Very relevant suggestions and I concur that you cannot click on notifications when you're in a vote chess game. Any or all of these changes would be improvements to this site.

Bugs:
(this bug has been reported before but was not fixed) When using some mobile browsers (I use chrome) you cannot click the notifications when on a vote chess page. This bug also appears when viewing rating stats and is very annoying when you have several vote chess games that you need to check on.
Suggestions:
"Top Players" Leaderboard similar to that in matches (example). This could operate based on total votes, votes in winning games, game participation, games participated in that were won, or even some sort of CAPS score from your votes.
A setting for the private team comments to be automatically followed (or even the public chat too) when you join a vote chess game. This would be very helpful since if you forget to follow the comments in a vote chess game you might forget about it and not be part of the discussion for games going on.
A simple notification when a vote chess game starts. The one thing nobody likes is games with no moves. For smaller clubs specifically, this would be very helpful as vote chess games do not start immediately (they start every hour on the hour, so if you create a game at 10:45 it will start at 11:00) and we do not want timeouts without any moves.
An ability to for a club admin or a club to block and unblock another club admin or a club. If you have a club that regularly puts out open seeks, just for them to get accepted by a small club that times out before even making any moves, you don't want to play that club again. You would want to "block" that club, or its admin that accepted the seek.
This might qualify as a bug, but it might not. Players do not get removed from the vote chess games when removed from the club. If you are banned, you are still in the vote chess games. If you are kicked, you are still in the vote chess games. If you leave, you are still in the vote chess games. The whole purpose of banning or removing a member is so that they cannot participate in the club, and being in the vote chess game is definitely participating. Admins can still manually remove players from the vote chess game, but it is much less convenient.
Ratings for clubs in vote chess. Total points and win percentage is not enough to determine the strength of the club, because you don't know who they played against to get those points. So a rating for the club (not average rating among players) would be nice.
