The time control is 3 days per side, but it showed 3 minutes for you opponent because the game had not started and was to start in 3 minutes, after which it shows 3 days as the time control. The 3 minutes was the countdown until the game starts.

Yeah if there's a set starting time for the game to start, the team playing white will have their clocking ticking down until the time the game starts, and then they will get their time to vote for their move, in your case 3 days.
It is 3 Days on both sides for me...
