"I think this is the way I can learn to develop my club. However, I am in worrying about the examinations for admins, the questions are just on the theory !?"
Since this is the first time a club on Chess.com has used an exam to evaluate and promote members, the Exam will have many shortcomings and is quite theoretical. However, later when the Exam is revised and perfected, it will be able to meet all the goals set.
