All match results are preliminary and indicative (occasionally updated by hand). Consult https://chessteams.info/ for live results and rankings.

One team per group (plus at least two of the second placed) promote to Division 3.

Results may change due to ex-post corrections (see rules) until the cut-off dates on October, 15th (for relegation) and December, 31th (for the final ranking).

* Irregular foreign-flag players. Their result will be corrected (loss) in the final standings:

Thanks for the alert. This is annoying. We will remove Team Balashikha from this Division in the rounds to come.

Why has Manila locked the match early?   Can we have the match unlocked please   Will Message their Admins shortly.

In the rules -

• Teams are not allowed to lock their rosters before the scheduled start of the match.

Have messaged all active admins of Manila.  Hopefully this will resolve it.

I have received a complaint that Team Baku player @Penah_Hemidov is sending harassing messages and unfairly accusing his opponent of cheating, even after winning his first match. Is there any provision against this kind of conduct in the WCL?

Definitely report it to the site and the account may be closed for abuse or that player might be warned.
