@pannalman: Yes, we can shift Leeds back to division 4.

@uptophigh: Is it an option for you to shift Honolulu to division 4 as well?

Please shift Canberra back to division 4 also. As was shown in the recent City World Cup they struggle to get 10 players.

Maybe you need a special division 4 section for stronger clubs but small clubs who can’t fulfil 10 player minimum.

Team Košice Slovakia would like to drop from div.2 to div.3, due to not being able to fulfil the minimum requirement of 15 players

Thanks for accepting Inverness Chess Club, l am assuming we will be starting from Div 4. We are able to meet 10 player minimum easily if that's of any help. I will ask members for a second admin shortly.

Budapest (2A) swaps divisions with Košice (3A)
Glasgow (3A) swaps divisions with Leeds (4E)
Uttar Pradesh (3A) swaps divisions with Honolulu (4E)
Ulster (3C) swaps divisions with Canberra (4B)
Inverness is added to 4A

Ulster does not want to be in division 3. It’s a very small club.
