Horrible app, constantly crashes, time to start over...from the ground up, LOL

This would be a great app but the stability is really bad. I've installed the chess.com app since the beginning and was hoping for it to get better over time. It actually got somewhat better last year but the latest version is crashing pretty often. I always send a crash report through the Android crash reporting tool. So you should have plenty in your Android Developer Console.
Because of the crashes and the still missing push functionality I'm forced to use other chess apps which let me play chess with long time controls and they just work.
It's a shame.

As we continue to attack bugs in the new Android app, and to assess your valuable feedback, we sometimes find it difficult to reproduce the same issues you are reporting.
In such cases, a crash log from your device would be HUGELY valuable in helping us address these issues. Here's how to get one:
1. Check out and install this (free) app: Catlog - Logcat Reader!
2. Open the Chess app and do whatever is required to reproduce the crash/force-close
3. Then just open Catlog and select Menu > Save.
4. Now you can use Catlog's "Share" feature to send the log as an email attachment. For now, please send any logs to deepgreene@gmail.com
Easy, right?
