We need some ground rules here

Hi everyone, and if you're new members, welcome to the crew!

I have just been given the reins of leadership here in this club, and we need some ground rules... not to rub anyone the wrong way either, but, there must be order... for order is a key to success! q=)

#1: Ok, the first thing we gotta make clear, is that we'd like to just allow anyone to be a Super Admin, Admin, or Coordinator. But the reason that's kind of not the best idea, is cuz I have witnessed the bad consequences of trusting the wrong people with positions of power within clubs, cuz my good friends over in M.C.C., they had a rogue Admin who deleted about 2,000+ users, and all because he had a beef with someone. q=(

If you'd like to rise in the ranks, well, we'd be happy to promote you, but first, you'll have to show us what you bring to the table... for example, if you're the kind of person who's a members magnet for us, that's a great incentive. Also, creative minds with puzzles, forum games, tournaments and Vote chess, are always appreciated! Also, please don't ask for SA or Admin roles, just to demote people who have already been chosen specifically for those roles. That will not be appreciated, and continued violations will bring consequences like potential bans, or demotions, where necessary. Thank you.

#2: Please, try not to use profanities, rude language, or swearing... not that I don't support freedom of speech, but things like that, they give the person doing them, a bad name, a bad image, and a bad rep... ya get the drift xD lol?

#3: This isn't a rule, but hey, follow it and it will bless your life, my friends! q=)

Kindness is always encouraged... if you have a problem with a fellow member, try to resolve it via PM's, and although it's sometimes ok to bring up stuff like that in club forums/club homepage notes, there are also other times, when it is just not appropriate. (Also speaking from personal experience there, watching other clubs...) Thanks!

All the best my friends, and good luck in your chess games, always! q=)

Sincerely, Willy G. SoulFire
