Game Review and Insights uses different depths and I don't think Insights is using the newer classifications yet. So it's not uncommon for that to happen.

I don't know for sure. Also don't know if they'll recalculate previous Insights either if/when it changes.

Almost every number in the insights total is wrong except "book". It all adds up - 24 moves, 28 moves, 14 moves. But it has you making 5 blunders instead of 1, 0 misses instead of 7 (I guess that's where the blunders went), other ones as well.
Maybe "insights" is using a different engine, which clearly is unable to recognize talent when it sees it....
So when go to insights it tells me I had a brilliant on March 7, but when I analyse my games I can't find any.
