Weird hompage bug(i think)

so one day i logged into my chess..com account, and the sidebar is completely different and much worse. one my alt account, its still the same. is there any way to change it back

The Beta navigation is being rolled out site wide. It's possible your alt doesn't have the new one yet

yeah , i suppose it's a new chess.com interface , it's not that bad and cleaner anyway , i was still using the old one today until i logged out then in again

on the sidebar? that happened to me. click on the settings there should be a "collapse" button. click on it it will go back to normal.

I thought he was referring to the whole new sidebar, not that it was merely expanded.

If you click the settings icon you can also customize the sidebar look

If an account is not in the Beta and has the new Nav, then that's what they'll have and there's no way to change it. There's no way in Beta either but it's possible someone in Beta could leave and not have it yet otherwise
