So like here's another idea-
This shows how the second check is important.
Here black can play Ne2+ forking the king and the bishop (notice that Ne2+ is a check for white king also, and we count the discovered checks as the first check).
Don't count the rest of the board
This variant is called counter check. So basically the second check wins. The players have to react to the second check, or if they don't you can capture their king.
If this was a real game white would be totally winning because they'd be up a bishop. But in the new variant i created we can play Bxf2 from black side.
The players have to react to the second check. I made this variant so that people have a chance in middle games where one side has a huge attack, but the other side loses by one tempo or something (hope you get what i mean)
