Weird UI display when I click on Play->Computer

I've attached the image, this took a long time because the garbage displays for about a second before the UI controls render.

This Microsoft Edge and this is the computer information, I'm pretty sure you just need the OS version but any way, I thought the rest would just be goodness (removed PII). Sorry about the poor image quality.

I'm sorry if your response makes no sense. Look at the UI I provided, there is trash displayed right before the controls. 

Those are the characters that represent icons, which are shown by a font. This means they are slow to load. Are you clearing your cache regularly, or disabling cache?

My settings are to clear my history on exit.

Please note, this is probably not a bug on chess.com. It looks to me like memory is uninitialized when it is starting and Edge could well be the culprit. 

I think you should conceive the screen to see better! then reinstall the app! ok

I'm still not understanding you but if you mean install the app, its part of Windows 10, I'd need to reinstall all of it. I don't think it is the app, chess.com, or the scripts. Its something else.
