What did I do wrong in this game?

You played the opening fine, missed a fork on move 18 (Nf2). Normally what I do when I see it's a winning endgame (it's rooks and kings and I'm a pawn up), I try to trade the pieces wihtout losing anything structurally 22.. Qf5 is a good example. Even though you have doubled pawns, your king is more active and it's really hard for white to make much progress. This line is hard to find but you missed a pawn after 28.. Rxa3+ Kxa3 Qa1+ Qe1+. Another good way to avoid endgames like that is keeping your pawns. I get that the imbalance favors black, but there were lots of chances you had to avoid it

Winning rook vs queen isnt easy the goal is to use the Queen and King to coordinate in cutting off the enemy king if you force it to a corner then you can win but there always would be stalemate tricks :3 ive seen even 2200-2300 FIDE not being able to win this endgame so dont stress too much
I was winning but could not convert rook vs queen endgame. What have I done wrong and how to win these endgames?
