You played the opening fine, missed a fork on move 18 (Nf2). Normally what I do when I see it's a winning endgame (it's rooks and kings and I'm a pawn up), I try to trade the pieces wihtout losing anything structurally 22.. Qf5 is a good example. Even though you have doubled pawns, your king is more active and it's really hard for white to make much progress. This line is hard to find but you missed a pawn after 28.. Rxa3+ Kxa3 Qa1+ Qe1+. Another good way to avoid endgames like that is keeping your pawns. I get that the imbalance favors black, but there were lots of chances you had to avoid it
