What do I do against bad openings?

I can play okay when I am playing against people who play normal openings, but I have no idea what to do against weird openings like the center game and the so-called "Napoleon attack". Also, what do I do against the Pirc?

Against Pirc I recommend some 150 attack system or with Bg5. These ideas also do well against Dragon Sicilian (English attack) and King's Indian (Sämisch variation)

Here is a cool trap against the Napoleon attack.

When you are faced with non standard openings, just develop your pieces, control the centre and after the game a quick game review to learn from your mistake or missed opportunity.
