What is your favorite wood type and tree?

I really like spruce wood, and my favorite tree is azalea, it is cool, got the best leaves and lush caves generate under it

For some reason I just really like Oak........I definitly don't like birch. Cherry's nice too

I like stripped birch and its planks. The birch log and leaves are the ugliest

In my best world, my base is in an acacia plains biome, so I am most used to acacia. One thing that I really prioritize when making a base is having a door with holes so I can see out of it. So oak, jungle, cherry, acacia, etc., I don't like to have no holes in doors and just open a door and get blown up by a creeper. I don't see what the problem with birch is. I like in mansions, the contrast of birch and dark oak.

I like the trees in the nether, the planks are cool and the trees creak eerily
