caro for black, its only for make draw
It can be used to play sharper variants as black too.

May be, so in classic variant e4c6 2.d4d5 3Nc3d-e White has many ways to play without much risk.
You are correct in playing for a safe game, as it is true that the only dependable lines are the passive, positional ones. However, I think there is only one great way, after 3. Nc3, that white can play to avoid disadvantage. There was an excellent book on the caro from Everyman Chess by IM Jovanka Houska that discussed every option and listed the pluses and minuses for each white move. If white tries to play f4, or N1e2 followed by Nf4, black simply needs to play Bd6, and white's aggressive yet committal moves turn on their heads, as these lines are too committal to attack e5/e6. I believe that the only dependable line after 3.Nc3 is 1. e4 c6 2.d4 d5 3.Nc3 dxe5 4.Nxe5 Bf5 5. Ng3 Bg6 6. h4 h6 7. Nf3 Nd7 8.h5 (actually, perhaps leaving the pawn on h4 is possible, and this is an optional move. Bh7 9.Bd3 Bxd3 10. Qxd3 e6 11.Bd2 (as Bf4 has been refuted due to 11. ...Qa5+) Ngf6 12.0-0-0 Be7. Other lines tend to be more dangerous, but they can be turned on their heads.

I agree, in this variante White play on blockade black's king side to have a better endgame
I'd say it's dead equal actually. Both sides are threatening pawn breaks, white's being with the g pawn someday along with his knight and queen, which are unclear, and blacks with c5, b5, and/or a5, moreso just one of those choices. By the way, thank you for a short yet interesting discussion!
