1.19 is the next upcoming update, but it's already been decided what that will be: the Wild Update.

I hope 1.20 is the second Combat Update. It's time to start seriously testing those experimental mechanics they've been working on with the help of the PvP community.

though I think an End update will be really cool, I think it should wait a while after we get adjusted to 1.19 and 1.18

IMO they're adding stuff too fast. Not that I dislike 1.18 (or 1.19) in any way, but they can't keep up this pace of adding tons of new items, blocks and biomes every update. 1.20 would be perfect timing for a combat update because they wouldn't need to add many new blocks or items.

I personally think netherite should get a buff, and then enchants like sweeping should get a nerf
