Cache of what? Where is that? And how do I force a refresh?

SHIFT-F5 usually does a force refresh. How you clear your cache depends on your browser and version.
Ok, I refreshed it but that was not the problem. I've noticed on the mobile app, there is no live chess connection anymore.
Also, I pressed play and it matched me up but I was in spectator mode. Why? I couldn't move and when I chated, It would duplicate and say, "Null: Gg " Need help

Why is there nothing in the bottom right corner? Also, I can't see games or play any. And, that is not my theme. I have the neo pieces. Please help
