What’s happening to the WoF schedule?

In the past, there used to be no WoFs on Sunday or Saturday. Now, there are WoFs on Sundays and the WoF schedule is getting all mixed up. What is the explanation for this?

WoFs start at 00:00 UTC as usual (in past they started at 9:00 UTC)

There are no WoFs on Sundays (and never were)
