Whats the difference between a NCV and a WoF?

I know I'm a noob for asking this but I still don't get it

WoF have a greater element of chance "fortune" caused by things like the starting spawns for players or zombie bots making semi-random moves.

@HenryJonasChess WoFs must be quick, luck-based, interesting, fun, and exciting games. That's the reason why they are usually so unbalanced and have a fast time control.
