What's the weirdest anime you've seen?

I'm really into historical fiction, and I remember watching an anime about Princess Diana's life. I had no idea who she was at the time. I just saw it listed as 'historical' on my anime list and I decided to watch it. Months later, talking with an ex, she mentioned something from her history class that reminded me of the anime, so I showed it to her. We were both surprised that Diana had an anime, apparently made because she was visiting Japan and was popular back then lol
