I've never heard of buche de noel

technically bûche de noël, but basically chocolate cake + white chocolate filling rolled into a log with chocolate frosting and cut into log-like shapes
merengue mushrooms, cranberries and rosemary for fake holly, or some form of decoration is usually added

That looks really good (but at the same time I feel like throwing up looking at it cuz I barely eat any sugar, and the thought of how much sugar in that is giving me a headache and making me dizzy
