when the engine tilts
when do you think a chess player can CONSTANTLY beat the best engine
Never. The best chess engine today will beat Magnus Carlson every time. Super GMs judge the quality of their play by whether they found the engine move.

sometimes, the engine thinks a position is good, but to the human eye, it looks very bad. sometimes even the best engines can malfunction

Yeah, a lot of studies make engines proven wrong for some time.

False, if Magnus Carlson plays perfectly with a bad engine, then he might draw
Obviously humans can not beat modern day engines. The latest version of stockfish claims to be able to beat a top human player with time odds of 1:1000. When @Hikaru was at his peak he played a match against an older version of stockfish down a pawn and draw some of the games but lost others due to him over pushing. Probably it would take 1 - 3 pawn odds at equal time controls for a top human player to beat Stockfish with nnue.

it is not possible for a human to consistently beat a chess engine but some of the top players might be able to draw an engine some of the time with equal material but multiple hours time advantage
