When will DGT boards work properly in the new Play interface?

Hi there,

Presently the DGT interface only works reliably in the old Live interface. the Support team promised me it will be working properly before the Live interface is retired, but is there a timescale on this?

Presently the move announcement extension doesn't work, and registering the moved form the board is intermittent.  It still works very well under the old Live interface

This really isn't the place for that. However, staff are very involved in the site, but a lot of that is on the back end. I can't directly speak to your issue, but just because your problem isn't fixed doesn't detract from the work they are doing.

 Can I please ask that if you have a grievance you sue a new thread? 

This DGT issue is important to me and I don't want it to get lost or ignored because of off topic posts 

Hi JD, I have sent you a few messages but the site will not let me send any more. I have sent a few in a row which might be the problem, perhaps it thinks I am spamming you.

Anyway, after the game details I sent to you which didnt work in the new Play interface I then set the peices back up and went to the old Live interface and played this game

Everything worked just fine, the moves all got played quickly and accurately, and the voice announcements via the extention worked fine.  Again, I made no set up changes between the two games, used the same browser window . The only thing wrong was my choice of moves!

Actually, there's a beta bug right now impacting a few areas, including messages.

Thanks, it kept saying that the form was old, even if od refreshed the page. 

So, the testing I did confirmed there is definitely a problem with the Dgt board play on the new Play interface
