Where did I go wrong?

Below is a match I just completed with a strong player. Should I have agreed to a draw? I'd like to hear what you think.

Weelll you were ahead in the game, and your defence looks solid, what you needed is a winning plan... getting a p to a1 or maybe swap Qs at g4 next time his R aren't doubled... you had the better chances i'ld say.

Yeah...I think I got lazy. I think I agreed to a draw because this wasn't a team match. I fight to the death for team matches.

My best move of the game was 21...Rad8. Once I took white's dark squared bishop, his attack was over. It would have taken him at least 5 moves to develop any real attack on my king. I, on the other hand, had two passed pawns. My a and e pawns were passed, and their value will increase as they are carefully moved forward.

Hmm, looks to me like you had a very winnable game here.  I would not have agreed to a draw.  I once read somewhere that GM Maurice Ashley never agrees to a draw unless all hope is lost.  In other words only accept a draw when its obvious you can't win.

You would have won this game. This was not a draw. This was winning for you.
