Which gambit?

Yeah. The King's Gambit is great for winning a game in a pinch. I just recently beat a guy rated 1599 with the KG in 8 moves. Yeah got to watch out for them how do you say blunders. Once you do that in a Gambit its (normaly) all over.
Which would you say is your favorite gambit? And which gambit do you find to be the most interesting that you might want to learn more about? My favorite gambit is the Queens gambit, Kings gambit, and smith-morra gambit. The one I find to be the most interesting gambit would have to be hands down the Fried Liver Attack Also called Fegatello Attack. And yes it is considered a gambit.
