Which time controls?

if we're doing tourneys, what time controls do we want?

15|10 is max. We should do it alternatively each week on the decreasing order. Example: 1st week = 15|10, next week = 10|0, the following week = 5|0 and so on. Please give out the dates and the approx. time range in which you might be available.

Its not compulsory to join all the events. You can join anyone you like but you must join at least 1 to that you're active.

Ok. I will be most active on days Monday and Tuesday only. The time for Monday (Which is the most suitable for me to play in the tourney): From around 15:30 BST to, well, anytime after that. Tuesday: 16:00 BST to anytime. Everyone, please write like this and give the time and date you'll be available in.

i'd like Monday to Thursdays, my timezone is mountain time (i think) 

You can write your time in your timezone (The time in which you'll be available) and then convert it to BST timezone using google.

4-6 PM EST 

5 PM/17:00 EST = 22:00/10 PM BST.

any time works for me, it just needs to be when i'm not sleeping

Well, we cannot match everyone's timing, so we will have alternate tournaments of GMT and IST (maybe).
